Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.

About Your Hosts – Scott & Steph Hi, we’re Scott and Steph—Colorado-based adventurers who split our time between Denver, Vail, and Angel Fire. Steph’s a skier and road cyclist; Scott prefers snowboarding and singletrack. We love creating cozy, well-designed spaces in the places that inspire us.
